4. Product Descriptions & Skincare Disclaimer

We make every reasonable effort to display product details, ingredients, usage directions, and packaging images accurately.

  • Appearance & Packaging: Product packaging, label design, or texture may occasionally undergo minor updates or batch-to-batch variations. Screen display calibrations may cause slight differences in color representation.

  • Patch Test Requirement: Our products are intended for topical, external cosmetic use only. Because individual skin types, sensitivities, and conditions vary, customers must conduct a 24-hour patch test before regular application and immediately discontinue use if irritation develops.

  • Non-Medical Cosmetic Disclaimer: Products sold by Noorfairness are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or dermatological disease. Individual cosmetic results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Store

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not signify final acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline, restrict, or cancel orders at our sole discretion due to:

  • Unavailability of stock.

  • Identified inaccuracies in product information or listed pricing.

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unserviceable delivery addresses / PIN codes.

  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or duplicate transactions.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded back to the original payment source.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across serviceable PIN codes in India via third-party courier partners.

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following successful payment verification.

  • Estimated delivery transit time is typically 4–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on location and courier logistics. Delivery timelines are estimates and not legally guaranteed dates.

  • Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate contact numbers, landmarks, and PIN codes. If a package is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, additional courier fees will apply for re-shipment.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms:

  • Strict No Return / No Refund Policy: Due to hygiene, safety, and personal-care regulations, all sales of skincare products are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

  • Transit Damage or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only): If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, leaking, broken, or with an incorrect product, you must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to Noorfairnesscream8@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9351956259.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, uncut, continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and condition of the received goods is mandatory for any replacement request. Upon verification, a free replacement unit will be dispatched. Cash/bank refunds are not issued.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

  • Promotional codes, seasonal coupons, and combo discounts are valid only for the stated duration and subject to specific campaign rules.

  • Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other ongoing promotions.

  • We reserve the right to invalidate coupon codes used fraudulently or in breach of campaign terms.
